Product Overview:

The Keysight Technologies high-voltage differential probes are used to make safe and accurate floating measurements with an oscilloscope. Indeed, the N2792A differential probe can provide superior high-speed differential signal measurements required for today’s high-speed power measurements, vehicle bus measurements and high-speed digital system designs. Moreover, the 70 cm long differential cable set and accessories can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees to +85 degree Celsius. Consequently, the N2792A differential probes can offer 10:1 attenuation setting, allowing them to be used for a broad range of applications.
To this end, in the spirit of preserving versatility, this is why the probe comes with a pair of alligator clips and hook tip clips for use with large and small components in tight places. Another aspect is the meticulous way in how these probes have engineered, whereby the N2819A comes with a DC blocking capacitor to block out unwanted DC components of the input signal. Moreover, the variable pitch spacing adapter that fits over the N2819A allows you to probe two adjacent IC leads or test points easily.
Review of Key specifications
With a differential amplifier in the probe head, the N2790A is rated to measure differential voltage up to 1,400 VDC + peak AC with high CMRR (common mode rejection ratio) of > 50 dB at 1 MHz. Indeed, the N2791A and N2891A can measure differential voltage up to 700 V and 7 kV differential or common mode respectively. Moreover, the N2790A, N2791A and N2891A differential probe offers sufficient dynamic range and bandwidth for your application to make the floating measurements found in power electronics circuits safely and accurately. Subsequently, the N2790A, N2791A and N2891A differential probe offers user selectable attenuation settings that make it highly versatile, allowing it to be used for a broad range of applications. Finally, the N2791A and N2891A are compatible with any oscilloscope with 1 Mohm BNC input.
