The RIGOL DS1054Z provides 50 MHz bandwidth with 4 channel analog input. The main application for this budget oscilloscope is educational labs who want a professional 4 channel oscilloscope but have a limited budget. The 30 measurement functions and 17 math functions including FFT makes this a great teaching oscilloscope for any electronics class. The USB host and device along with LAN allows for easy integration into the test bench.

The 50 MHz oscilloscope sample rate is 1 GSa/s when a single channel is used and when all 4 analog channels are used it will be reduced to 250 MSa/s. The same is true for the memory which will range from 24 Mpts to 6 Mpts depending on the number of channels enabled. The waveform update rate is 30,000 wfms/s which will help reduce dead time.
