Keysight 1 GHz Single-ended Active Probe provides superior quality and reliability. Designed for today’s demanding applications in digital system design, component design/characterization, and educational research applications. The N2795A/96A/97A Single-ended Active Probes provides full system bandwidth with InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes with bandwidths up to 1 GHz. In fact, the 1MΩ input resistance and extremely low input capacitance (1 pF) provide ultra-low loading of the device under test. This, accompanied with superior signal fidelity, makes these probes useful for most of today’s digital logic voltages. And with their wide dynamic range (±8 V) and offset range (±12 V for N2796A/97A, ±8 V for N2795A), these probes can be used in a wide variety of applications. Other impressive specs include, an attenuation ratio of 10:1 ± 0.5%, an Input dynamic range of between –8 V up to +8 V and a Probe noise of < 2.5 mVrms. In anticipation of working in extreme environments, the probe tip accessories as well the probe itself have been engineered to withstand thermal shocks so that it is cold-resistant and heat-resistant. This ensures that they remain strong and fully operational at even the most extreme chamber testing of between –40 up to +85 °C. As for the ambient non-operating temperature, the device has been rated at –40 to 70 °C. Finally, these probes are comprehensively engineered whereby the standard accessories for the probes are conceived in such a way that they can be powered directly by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium auto probe interface, thus eliminating the need for an additional power supply.
