Rohde & Schwarz has designed a 1 GHz oscilloscope with 2 analog channels with MSO (Mixed Signal) for today’s demanding applications in wireless technology and RF circuit design. The RTM3000 series features a 2.5 giga-sample/second sampling rate in normal mode and up to 5 giga-sample/second rate interleaved when only a single channel is used. The maximum memory depth of the GHz oscilloscope is 80M samples interleaved and 40M samples per channel in normal operation. 16 Bit resolution provides the engineer detailed view of the input signal. The MSO has 16 logic channels arranged in two 8 channel logic probes. The maximum bandwidth of the MSO is 400 MHz.
The 10.1 inch WXGA display with capacitive touch makes it easy to view both your analog channel inputs and digital channels on one screen making it ideal for troubleshooting today’s complex electronic systems. Also on this large display engineers can easily display multiple measurements and math functions.
